Local Service to Others

Social Ministry

Rooted in the foundation of service to others, both near and far, St. Paul Lutheran has been Sharing God's Love for 150 Years and looks forward to doing so for another 150 years.

SPLC believes acts of social ministry are expressions of our Christian beliefs. All members work with compassion and justice both locally and globally to serve the needs of others.

Local Outreach

We are proud to partner with numerous local organization, including:

150 Gifts of Love

In celebration of the 150th anniversary of our anniversary, 150 items were collected monthly.

From hats and mittens to diapers and wipes, new underwear to soap - all donations have gone to local Minnesota non-profits.

From volunteer time to financial donations, campaigns to collect items in need - this local Stillwater charity is a top mission for St. Paul Lutheran.

We organize a week in February and September to serve in three shifts, including over night, at this shelter for families families who are experiencing homelessness for

the first time.

At Christmas, we sponsor families from this children's mission with gifts from members of our congregation for four families.
