AGELESS GROUP

Do you enjoy socializing over good food and with great company?   You are invited to join the St. Paul Ageless Group for dinner the first Sunday of every month in the Fellowship Hall at 11:45 a.m.   The meal is prepared by professional chef, Tom Schweitz, and for those of us over 55 years of age, the cost is partially subsidized by the Senior’s Fund and the cost is $4 per person.   For those 54 and under the cost is $6.   And this includes dessert!!   Reservations can be made by calling Lois Haase at 651-430-9066.   This is an open invitation to all, whether or not you are a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.   The next Ageless Group lunch and fellowship time is Sunday, February 7th at 11:45 a.m. at the church.  We look forward to having you join us.   Bring a friend!

5^th ANNUAL SENIOR HEALTH

AND FAITH DAY 2010

SAVE THE DATE: April 13^th from 8:30 am-12:30 pm

The St. Croix Valley Parish Nurses of Lakeview Hospital are planning this exciting event: Minding the Body, Tending the Spirit, to be held at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Stillwater, MN. The theme for 2010 is focused on an integrated view of health which incorporates a body, mind, and spirit philosophy. Our speakers, Ann Peyton, RN, MA, Parish Nurse, will introduce key concepts of holistic and integrative health, and “The Sign Guy,” Pastor Steve Molin, will humor and inspire us later in the morning. Informational sessions and booths will be offered on complementary systems of medicine as well as therapies such as music therapy, healing touch, massage, and others.

This is a FREE event with registration required, sign-up information available in upcoming weeks. A light and delicious lunch will be included. Save the Date!!
