Rumor has it that Martin Luther wrote hymns with song tunes that would have been sung in the local taverns. This way the common folk would know how to sing them. Whether or not the rumors are true…St. Paul Lutheran and other area churches are joining together for an event at the Lift Bridge Brewery. During the same week we celebrate 500 Years of the Reformation of the Lutheran Church, we will have the opportunity to sing hymns alongside of the group "Three Saints and a Sinner"!

You are all invited on Tuesday, October 24 to come and have a (root)/beer and sing some hymns. Thanks to the generosity of the Lift Bridge Brewery’s $1 per beer and $2 per growler, we will be supporting Valley Outreach Food Shelf.

*Free* pizza will be provided by an Action Team through Thrivent Financial. The event runs from 5-10 p.m. with music beginning at 6 p.m.
