Summer is winding down and October is right around the corner. How about a fall cruise on the St. Croix River for a luncheon buffet and music?  The Fellowship Committee has set a date for Sunday, October 1, with the boat leaving at 1:30 p.m., so we must be at the boat dock for loading at 1:00 p.m.  The prices are as follows:  Adult $27.25 per person; 4-12 years $21.25 per person, and children 0-3 years are free.  Last year we had the biggest attendance of 30 and what an enjoyable time we all had on the boat.  The sign-up sheet will be in the Gathering Area in the next couple weeks and when you sign up, please indicate if you would like a ride to the boat dock. When paying, please make your check payable to Adele Urhammer.  Let’s enjoy the great river cruise get together and looking forward to seeing you.

Summer Yarnsters at Pioneer Park

Attention all who enjoy knitting and crocheting.

Come spend an evening at Pioneer Park with your project, personal or charity type, while you socialize with others in the community. Originating from an idea of the Yarnsters at St. Paul Lutheran this is open to anyone in the community for an opportunity to meet other creative individuals.  Bring your lawn chair, a cool drink and your project.  Weather permitting; we will meet every Tuesday during the summer at 6:30 p.m. at the park.  If it rains, it will be cancelled for that evening.  Come when you want, leave when you have to.  Bring a friend.
