We are so excited for this summer! Registration opens Sunday, January 15th. Here are several pieces of information that will be helpful to you and your families as you begin to register:
Church Link - Each congregation has been assigned a link that is specifically created for you. It is possible to register without the link, but the program options listed will be overwhelming. Using the link will only show your church’s reserved programs. Please forward this link to your families so they can easily access your reserved programs. This link may have changed from 2016 so please use the one listed below. This is for Wapo and Ox Lak programs.

Registration Management - If you would like to track the progress of your registrations, please email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a list of your registered campers.
Family Account – Any family who had an account for summer 2016 will be able to use their same account. If they have forgotten their password here is a reset link (also on the sign in page) https://mycircuitree.com/CampWapo/ForgotPassword Any family who did not use our camps in 2016 will need to create a new account when they register.
Store Card (Canteen) Money – NEW for 2017 at the end of each camp session remaining store card funds will be applied to any outstanding balances or refunded to the credit card or bank account on file. If there is no electronic method on file, a paper check will be mailed. No cash refunds will be given to campers. Campers are given an opportunity to use their balance up following closing worship at all sessions. If the balance of the store card is less than $3.00, those funds will be considered a donation to our campership fund.
Arts & Crafts – NEW for 2017 most crafts are included in the registration fee. There will be a charge for survival paracord bracelets ($3) and tie dye ($3-$8).
Payment - All forms of payment must be received TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the camper’s arrival. These forms of payment include: church payments (fundraising/scholarships) and individual family payments. When a church submits payment, we require a list that includes the names of the individuals and how much money is designated to each camper. The software allows families to have access to real time payment and balance information. Therefore, we need to receive timely payments in order to give an accurate picture of their family account balance. Campers should arrive with a zero balance.
Church Fundraising/Payments- If your church is fundraising or paying part/whole of a campers balance we must have the payment two weeks prior to the camp session so we can reflect that in the balance that parents see. As a reminder, any missing church payments will prevent campers from getting a store card refund. Please contact Natalie so we can be aware of your plans.
Campership/Scholarship - All requests for LWLBC scholarship must be received two weeks prior to the camper’s arrival. Requests must be in a written form. Email requests can be sent to email@example.com.
Registration Dates - Registration opens on January 15th. Your church’s reserved numbers are guaranteed through March 15, 2017. After March 15, those spaces are opened up on a first come, first served basis. Your custom link will still work after that date, if there is space available.
