Jenifer Johnson –
Children's Education Coordinator at Saint Paul Lutheran
Jenifer Johnson, of Stillwater, has accepted the position of Children' s Education Coordinator, working especially with Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, as well as developing ways that faith can be nurtured in families. Jenifer will begin at Saint Paul on January 5th and will be working in partnership with Anne Jackson, but specifically working to nurture the faith of elementary and pre-school aged students.
Jenifer has had significant experience as a Director of Children's and Family Ministry at Easter Lutheran in Eagan, as Children's Ministry Director at Trinity in Stillwater, and as Early Childhood Teacher at St. Ambrose of Woodbury. She is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead with a major in Elementary Education and minor in music. Jenifer will be our staff person who directly relates to and equips our congregation for doing the important work of teaching and sharing the faith with younger children. She will be available every Sunday morning and will prepare and work from her office next to the youth room in the lower level of our church, as well as from home.
Jenifer will be installed as our Children’s Education Coordinator at both worship services on Sunday, January 24th.
